My name is Leo Koski. I found Specialty Coffee 4 years ago, when visiting a coffee shop in New York City. I have always loved interacting with people and using relationships to enrich others' lives. That is a big reason coffee has a special place in my heart. When I first tried a flat white from a specialty cafe, I was immediately hooked. I started as a home barista, but I wanted to expand my knowledge and accomplish something different within specialty coffee. In April 2024, I started hosting pop-ups with varying brands in NYC. I started with Leica, a camera company located in the Meatpacking District. I've collaborated with Snow Peak, and Rivian to name a few. I also collaborate with different brands and coffee shops within coffee, such as Tiba in Paris, Villager in NYC, and more to come. Coco & Nibs Coffee specializes in high-end coffee lots from renowned farms around the world, that exemplify terroir, and the history of the farm. We release new coffee's atleast once or twice a month, with each release being thoughtful, and intentional.
