Hacienda La Florida | Catucaí

I am so happy to announce this beautiful coffee from Hacienda La Florida! 

I have been wanting to work with La Florida for a while now, so happy to be roasting their coffee. With delicate notes of Geranium, Tuberose, and Rooibos, this coffee has a ton of florals, and a really nice refreshing characteristic. 

In late June of 2024, I came across this coffee at Motors Coffee in Paris, roasted by Rose Coffee. I Instantly fell in love with this coffee. The Herbaceous but floral characteristics were super refreshing, this coffee is most definitely one to try. I Hope you guys enjoy this release.

This coffee is best after resting for 3 weeks after the roast date for espresso, and 4 for pourover.
