Norbey Quimbayo | Pink Bourbon

I am excited to announce this beautiful Pink Bourbon varietal! 

I am pleased to introduce our second Pink Bourbon release. With punchy notes of Lemonade, Raspberry, and Caramel, this coffee has a ton of crisp citric acidity, and a lot of sweetness. 

In late November, I came across this coffee at a cupping table, roasted by my friend. I Instantly fell in love with this coffee. Pink Bourbon is one of my favorite varietals, this coffee definitely does it justice. I Hope you guys grow the same love for it as I do.

This coffee is best after resting for 2.5 weeks after the roast date for espresso, and 4 for pourover.
