Volcan Azul | H10

I am pleased to announce our first Milenio (H10) varietal! 

This H10 coffee is a Hybrid of the Milenio varietal located in Costa Rica. With notes of Red berries, brown sugar, and whiskey, this coffee boasis a unique, cozy experience, perfect to warm you up. 

In late November, I had the privilege of trying a Gesha from this farm, roasted by a friend of mine. It had very similar characteristics. I fell in love with it. I contacted Alejo Castro (owner of farm) and purchased 15 kilos of this beautiful lot. 

Stay on the lookout for a new lot from Volcán Azul. Fresh harvest as well!

This coffee is best after resting for 2 weeks after the roast date for espresso, and 3.5 for pourover.
