I am excited to announce our first Wush Wush varietal!
I am pleased to introduce our first Wush Wush release. With notes of Rose, Pomegranate, and Grapefruit, this coffee has a nice acidity, silky mouthfeel, and caramel sweetness.
In early November, I came across Coffea Diversa. A coffee “garden” located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. Whilst speaking to the owner, Gonzalo Hernandez, I could see the amount of care and dedication he had for his garden. I hope you guys can see that as well once you brew this delicious coffee.
Stay on the lookout for a new rare varietal from Coffea Diversa. Fresh harvest as well!

This coffee is best after resting for 3 weeks after the roast date for espresso, and 4 for pourover.
