Elto Coffee - Field Blend

I am delighted to announce another phenomenal offering from Ethiopia, a bit different from the last. This coffee is from Bare Site outgrowers in Sidama, processed by the amazing Elto Coffee team. Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit “Mimi” Dejene founded Elto in 2022 to provide nano-lots and play an active role in delivering high-quality Ethiopian coffee. I am pumped to finally be able to roast coffee from Elto for you. This coffee expresses notes of golden apple, mango, black cherry, with a golden kiwi acidity, and a beautiful demerara syrup sweetness that coats your tongue. Over the years, I have tried countless lots from Elto, from washed to natural and everything in between. I have been impressed every time by the sheer amount of complexity and sweetness these coffees hold. The work of both Eliyas and Atiklit are truly appreciated. They have brought a new standard to Ethiopian coffee. Located in Sidama, Ethiopia, this specific lot was grown at 2200-2300 MASL.
