Kotowá Coffee - Gesha

Kotowa Coffee is a renowned farm located in Boquete, Panamá.  This specific lot comes from the Silva Marina farm, with the others being Duncan and, more notably, Las Brujas. This coffee exhibits a jasmine, lemongrass florality, with a mango and stewed orange sweetness, followed by a fragrant note of neroli and a crisp sparkling acidity. Owned by the Koyner family, Kotowa coffee has produced award-winning lots that have placed in the top 3 of the Best Of Panama. From Geshas to Catuais and all processing methods in between, the Koyner Family has kept the quality at another level. Located in Palo Alto, Boquete, Panamá, Silva Marina sits at around 1800 MASL.
